RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Please email info@standardaffair.com to request a return. 

Products must be in unused condition and in original packaging to be accepted. Please make sure to wrap items carefully for shipping, any item damaged in shipping will not be accepted for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and packages must be postmarked within the 14 day return window. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

 DAMAGES

If any items were damaged in transit please reach out to us as soon as possible with detailed photos. Damages must be reported within 3 days after delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement.
